Assistant Accountant Wanted

A wine company is seeking a full time Assistant Accountant.


Key duties and responsibilities:

- Assist with accounting processing including General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations and Cash Flow analysis;

- Completing monthly and year-end journals, reporting and reconciliations;

- Assist in formulating budgetary and accounting policies;

- Examine operating costs, income and expenditure;

- Review invoices/payment requests;

- Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports;

- Balance and finalize data to produce financial statements;

- Prepare taxation returns;

- Conduct financial analysis to identify the key operation weakness.



Knowledge and Qualifications:

- At least Bachelor’s Degree in accounting;

- Good interpersonal skills;

- Strong organizational and time management skills;

- Strong PC skills.
