Financial Investment Adviser Wanted

A Financial Investment Adviser is wanted in Ray White Griffith, the leading real estate agent in the local area.


Major responsibilities:

?    Contacting and interviewing prospective clients to determine their financial circumstances, current provision and future aims;

?    Analyzing information and designing financial strategies and plans best suited to individual clients’ requirements;

?    Researching the marketplace to provide clients with information on new and existing product and services;

?    Recommending and arranging insurance cover for clients;

?    Referring clients to insurance and loan providers to obtain the most beneficial services;

?    Negotiating with financial services providers for the best possible rates;

?    Monitoring investment performance, and reviewing and revising investment plans based on modified needs and changes in markets.


Requirements:

?    A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or a related field;

?    Strong bilingual communication and writing skills (English and Chinese);

?    An exceptional ability to interact with people from different backgrounds;

?    Knowledge of computers.
