Riverton 房出租- 人房 $140, 2013年2月1日后可以入住包水路空到Canning vale, Welshpool, Carousel, Wellington 10分交通便利，生活能佳，附近有commonwealt, NAB行，Woolworth, Big W，局，KFC, chicken treat, ，加油站，，游泳池，火站 (10分到 bull creek station )，走路到shopping centre 只要5分, 且房子前面就是公基本上房子很乾因每拜都有固定打,所以希望可以找到乾和生活的人,且境清幽不吵, 住最多6人洗衣，微波，烤箱，吐司，水，餐具碗皆可使用走路5分可以到公站牌, 坐公到 bull creek 火站或Curtin大 10-15分, 或坐到city 40多分Linda 0401913621 or email: qqooo3@hotmail.com
