The roleprimarily involves however is not limited to:
lGeneral administration duties: document filling, data entry, printing, faxing;
lGeneral accounting;
lCustome service including phone and website queries and Provide information to customers on each of our loan products,ensuring all information is understood;
lProcessing loan payment collection;
lWork collaboratively with all team members in each department;
lAdhere to all policies, procedures and responsible lending guidelines
Ideally you will have:
lTertiary qualification in accounting;
lReliable,Independent and Responsible;
lDemonstrated efficiency in data entry and office administration role;
lProficiencyusing Microsoft Office;
lAttentionto detail;
lExcellent communication and customer service skills;
lAbilityto work in a team and independently;
lExperiencein similar role or in mortgage industry preferred;
lonlyAustralian citizens or permanent residents may apply
Full-time role, Mondays to Fridays, 9.30am to 5.30pm
