工作职责
? 参与城镇化、人居环境、人口增长和流动、城市空间等方面的规划和研究；
? 介绍国外的规划理论、方法与案例，并将合适经验用于武汉的城市规划；
? 从事国际交流与合作。
对象条件：
? 年龄在35周岁以下；
? 城乡规划及相近专业；
? 具有中国一类全日制本科相关专业学历；
? 具有中国教育部认可的国外大学全日制博士学位；
? 具有出色的中英文口头与书面交流能力。
福利：
? 首次聘用期为一年，聘用期满经考察合格的，优先给予事业单位编制。
? 提供有竞争力的薪酬待遇（实际年收入15万元以上，具体依据工作表现评定）。
? 办理五险一金。

What we do
As a public-sector institution directly under the Wuhan Land Resources and Planning Bureau, Wuhan Planning & Research and Exhibition Centre is mainly tasked with urban and rural planning projects management, doing planning research and operating Wuhan Planning Exhibition Hall. Duties
? Getting involved with research on urbanization, living environment, population mobility and growth, urban space, etc.
? Introducing International planning theory，methods and projects, and applying the planning approaches to Wuhan learning from overseas practices and experiences.
? Engaging international exchange and cooperation.
Requirements
? Under 35 years old.
? Major in town/urban planning or related disciplines.
? Full-time undergraduate degree at one of the first group of universities in China.
? Full-time PhD degree at overseas university which is verified by Chinese Ministry of Education.
? Excellent spoken/written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

? The initial employment period is one year; after one-year qualified assessment, you will get the quotas of EGIA（Employee of Government Instituted Agencies）in priority.
? Competitive salary (The actual annual income could be over ￥150, 000, it depends on work performance).
